Instead of delivering my cleaning to the designated hook in a protected area in the back of the house (the same hook where the clothes were picked up) the driver left them mostly in a heap at my front door, in the pouring rain, soaking everything

I was somewhat annoyed that I sent a rug to be cleaned and it was delivered back to me - with the good side rolled outwards and with no plastic wrapping to protect it - and left on my doorstep...kind of makes the cleaning unnecessary! If it had started to rain before I found it, what would you have done???? Very disappointed

Lost my shirt... everyone makes mistake but these guys had no remorse, admission of guilt or attempt of an apology. In fact told me that i must have given it to another dry cleaners.

Shirts come back creased in the wrong places - my rewards never get applied- the sorts wrinkle terribly as soon as they are put on

Best dry cleaner and shirt laundry in the North hills. Have used for 20 years without a problem.
I dropped off our king comforter to have a small tear stitched up and to get it dry cleaned. I made sure the claim ticket said, "Fix tear on upper front, corner". Within a week I picked up the comforter. A king comforter is way too big and bulky to check on-site. When I got home and took the comforter out of the bag, the tear had not been fixed at all. I received a coupon in the mail, I did not read the fine print, I had to give the coupon when I dropped my clothes off, when you went to pick up my items they would not accept it. I thought that was so misleading and poor customer service. They should of honored the coupon , and explain there policy for next time. I will not go back.

Great pick up and delivery but Owl Cleaners is awful in prompt service once an item begins the actual cleaning. Had turned in a small rug for cleaning and after repeated calls that I had to initiate it was close to a month before they finally got their act together. If it wasn't for my efforts in babysitting Owl Cleaners throughout the entire process, my rug still wouldn't have been delivered . They dropped the ball several times and wasn't proactive in correcting the situation or keeping the customer informed. Awful!!

We came in with a stain on our daughters wedding dress from the last work the seamstress completed. It was panic mode, the wedding was three days away. We had already been to one cleaner. Danette turned it around in half a day and by the time It dried the spot was gone! There are miracle workers at Owl!
