Your staff are always pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't take my dry cleaning any where else. Services are always to my satisfaction.
You have the BEST employees working at the counter in the Warrendale store! they make it a pleasure to do business there.
I did not send my jeans to be dry cleaned or pressed. The note asked that all the pants included in the bag were to be shortened .The jeans did not get shortened. I will send the jeans back. This is the second time the exact same thing happened.

Things were good at Warrendale. However, my wife and I have selected a few months ago to stop going to Owl cleaners. After the big incident we had at Owl cleaners on Babcock Blvd in Ross! Jennifer I have known for years has always been very helpful, nice and professional. What, one of the older female employe did us and another customer was just wrong!

I specifically asked to have my order held a week since I am out of town. Trying to find a neighbor to go grab the dry cleaning. I do not remember the name of the person who assisted me at the main location in Warrendale, but she very clearly understood my request and took a note.

A direct email to office@owlcleaners.com is the best way or a reply directly to text messages. We could have easily, once alerted to our mistake, (and in less time that it took you to write a ONE-STAR google review) retrieved your item back to our production facility. Sorry again.
The table runner needs to be redone. There was dirt and stains right in the middle of the exposed portion of the runner. anyone who examined the article wshould have seen it. Please pick it up next Thursday ( our normal delivery day ) or sooner. Thank you

Your clothes WILL BE DAMAGED. If you care about your clothing, DO NOT take them to Owl Cleaners in Warrendale. If you have a wedding dress you're thinking about taking there, find somewhere else. I had a custom-made suit cleaned there. The coat came back snagged, and EVERY button was broken. They tell me that the machine they use to dry clean works so violently that it can break buttons.
