2 yrs ago I was given 2 weeks. I stopped using all chemicals. I just went back! I'll keep coming now that you're GREEN! I'll pay extra to stay alive. Thank you! Im sure as hell not ironing! Lol.
Never heard of a place where you have to present coupons when you drop off. What difference does it make it I present the coupon when I drop off or pick up. Makes me think something is fishy. When I go to the grocery store they accept my coupons when checking out. I can find and recommend other places to take my cleaning
Pretty disappointed as we were given a discount at the Owl Cleaner in Wexford for my sons ROTC uniform. No discount at Warrendale office. The young man checking me out said I could contact the manager as he did not know anything about a discount.

Owl Cleaners give a professional, high quality, fast dry-cleaning service at a competitive price. We wouldn't think of trying anywhere else after many years as a customer.
I have been using Owl Cleaners for 4-5 years now. The last couple of times that I've picked up my dry cleaning, some of my sweaters have had a very distinct poor smell, as though they've been sitting at the bottom of a laundry basket. The sweater that I wore to work today, for instance, has the same musty odor - I noticed that it was hung on a hanger but didn't have the tissue paper that sweaters normally have. I had a zipper replaced in a hunting jacket. Work was good. My complaint is with your customer service. Item dropped off on 10-22. Assured it would be done 10-29. Didn't hear anything so I called. I was told I would get email updates and when it was ready to be picked up. When I called the garment could not be located. I was told they had to look it up in the computer. I came to Owls about 2 years ago for their alteration services and was quite pleased with both the price and quality. This time around, I brought 3 dresses to be altered. I was quoted fairly high prices ($80, $40, $25) but thought these might be lower after the work was done and was told there was a 15% off promo for August. When I picked up my dresses, imagine my shock when ALL THREE of my dresses exceed my quotes and this was with the 15% off. You ruined my blouse and took no responsibility for changing the color.
The stain wasn't at all removed from the items left for cleaning and one item was shrunk in the process. All in all, not a satisfactory experience.
