I picked up my suit, which I wanted to wear to a wedding, and noticed that their was a spot on the jacket. I had to bring it back so you could clean it again. Thankfully the second time the jacket came back clean but I wish it was done right the first time since I had to figure out something else to wear to the wedding.

Using another cleaners now after being with you for several years. I should not have to call to get copies of my receipts every time I use you service! A sticker stuck to a large plastic bag is not a receipt my bookeeper can use and I don’t have time to cut them out. You promise to email and have failed 3 times. Hope those stickers save you some money case you lost my business over them.
Slacks did not have creases. I like nice crisp creases.
Just moved to the neighborhhod and was recommended this dry cleaner by the previous owners of the home I bought. Website says they are open until 5pm. Dropped off my clothes at 4:35pm. There were 2 young ladies there working. The first young lady I encountered rolled her eyes at me and huffed when I came in with my clothes. I let it go as I know they were close to closing time.
