Didn’t put buttons on as asked on three of four items.
I’ve gone twice to this establishment the first time was fine the second time they ruined my white shirt and my suit still had stains on it. Was told I’d get a refund I never got. And once I proceeded to call the establishment they would answer and hang up immediately very childish and unprofessional.
Request are not always satisfied. Currently I am waiting to see what will happen with future request. The request: ( fold white shirts and put blue shirts on hanger). Waiting to see if request will continue to br satisfied.
I’ve been coming here for over a year. This last pick up seemed sloppy. My strapy dress wasn’t hung properly and the untied straps flopped off falling to the pavement. The employee just said “oh no.” My entire order was over $100, and they couldn’t hang a dress properly.
Delivered as promised and even got out stains that others couldn’t!
Terrible service
Thank you for bringing my 20yr old wedding dress back to life! It was dirty, had a stain on the front and it looks brand new. It has been in a plastic bin in my garage for 20yrs!
