Organicare is a very good cleaners. You all are prompt and courteous. I would give you higher, but where you all fall short is in your pricing. It has gotten out of hand. I have been going there a for a while and it seems your prices are continually getting higher. I went in there with basically 8 printed t-shirts...nothing that needed special treatment, and a pair of jeans and left with almost an $80 charge. $76 to be exact. That's equivalent to $8 a shirt. U have ruined 2 of my shirts. You have stained one with iron. You have ripped one while ironing. These shirt cost about $100.00 each Then I’m told you don’t sew up shirts

2 major problems: 1. They don’t tell you how much is going to cost you when you take your clothes, and just give you a list of prices that is outdated and can’t be used to do an accurate calculation yourself. Note: they gave me credit for the overcharge. 2. When i got home and checked one of the coats i took for dry cleaning it was damaged. And i notices it had a sorry note, but they didn’t tell me anything when i picked up nor give me credit or payment for damaging the coat

They burned my new black slacks - and didn’t mention it. Can clearly see an iron mark. Expensive, too.

Three trips to find a dress I knew I took in and unfortunately did not have the receipt. Finally one of the girls check to see if it was somewhere besides hanging with regular dry cleaning. Bingo. I don’t know who she was but she did a good job. I can’t say that for that woman who waited on me twice and never thought to look anywhere else but the computer ! However I’ve really started having a lot more problems considering the prices they charge

My clothes were picked up on Monday with a scheduled return on Wednesday. On Friday I had to call you in order to get my clothes delivered late Friday afternoon. Delivering clothes on time is exceedingly important, I was forced to wear dirty and wrinkled clothes for two days. I certainly hope that I am not charged.

I asked for a stain to be removed from a shirt and it was not. I had to leave it and will need to make another trip to pick it up. This is the third time this has happened over the last few months.
