They lost my item but eventually found it a week later. The real issue was that the staff said multiple times they would call me to follow up but they never called.
Lost my blue suit jacket
Was late picking up. Then promised one day service to fix problem. Did not provide the service. Took two more days to get garments back. Owner did not care at all.
I've used this service several times and have been let down most times. They lost my cufflinks, and failed to clean my clothes most of the time. I would not recommend this service
I had sent in my clothes about 5 days prior to picking them up, and for some reason, my shirts still hadn't been folded. This has happened several times. To redeem themselves, though, they did offer me a discount if I would be patient enough to wait for them to fold my clothes right then and there, so I do appreciate that.
Price went up looks like different owners won’t be back my comforter wasn’t fluffy an looked grayish supposed to be white

The worst experience ever... My ticket gave a 5pm pick up time, luckily I called ahead of time as I use public transportation. I was told that my garments would be ready after 5 but before 7 (what if I was reliant on those garments for work or much needed situation) once I arrived and waited for the employees to put their cell phones away it took 3 employees to find a shirt and pant combo.. the pants were marked 1 of 1 and the shirt which was the garment most lost had no tag.. then payment... as it should be my responsibilit... read more
