Love the drive up. Always friendly service, and when I ask for next day, if they are able, they always offer same day. I also love when a shirt comes back with a note that a button was replaced. That is what I call above and beyond customer service. Thank you.
The best decision I have made was to have my dry cleaning done by Nor'east Cleaners. I was not sure how the home pick up would work (not having direct communication with the cleaners). There was no need to worry. Pick up is easy, if there is a problem - I get a phone call, pricing is excellent and the cleaning is the best. Thank you for servicing Ipswich!
Excellent customer service! Danielle went above and beyond! The Sunday before Christmas I was having 23 family members over for dinner and was very upset when I didn't receive my table linens back on Friday which was our regular delivery day. I called Nor'east and was told that table linens take longer, I was very upset and received a call back from the manager Danielle telling me that they would clean the table linens and deliver to my home that day by noon, needless to say I was a very happy customer! Thank you!

Best dry cleaner I've ever had. I really appreciate all the times they've sewn buttons on my husbands shirts as a courtesy, the coupons they give out, and most of all when ever I call to address what ever the subject may be, I always get a happy and friendly voice on the other end.
Kevin is our representative and he does a great job. Very courtious and Respectful. I give him an A plus! He deserves a raise!
