I appreciated how friendly and helpful the employees were and SUPER appreciated the complimentary fixing of a button on one of our shirts. Love the email notification that the order was ready.
Came in to drop off my grandfathers jacket for dry cleaning. Elena helped me, she was awesome! She was training someone and was so patient and explained everything to the girl she was training walking her through adding me to the system and processing my order request. I was told my dry cleaning would be ready Tuesday and it was actually ready a day early which was awesome. I didn't pick it up till Friday and it came out perfect!
Dropped off 3 suits in Manchester on Saturday at 4:55. Was still met with friendly courteous service. Requested quick service on one suit and she said she would put them all in for Monday. Also noticed a Gloucester home address and offered to send them to Gloucester for pick up. Excellent!
Everything was nicely done and employees were efficient and very nice.
Both drop off and pick up was handling very professionally. Overall, great experience!
