You were not able to get the spots out that I asked about before leaving the silk jacket with you........ok, so bit it. I guess you tried. But, you pressed it so hard the shell buttons down the front made indentations of their shape in the silk. And ,you did such a bad job pressing the open collar open, it can not be worn as it...I will need to press it again myself. The open collar is obvious...and you did it completely lopsided.. My lovely dresses are so happy now that they are clean! And so am I :) dropped them off at 800 and they were done at 2...on saturday!! They have gained a permanent customer!

I had met with my driver who was super nice and he left the cleaned items where I had requested. All of my items looked great.
Brought my items in on Monday morning to be dry cleaned and was told they would be finished by Thursday. Got an email Monday afternoon that they were done. Wow What more can I ask for. Staff were great to work with. Will definitely be back!
