Hi, I have been using Nor'east for about six months now. The service is extremely convenient and timely. The customer manager that handles our area is extremely reliable, friendly, and helpful when needed. I used to use a retail dry cleaner for years and plan to stay with Nor'east. I am most happy with the quality of the dry cleaning. The "two bag" system is so easy to use also. I am very happy with the pricing too. Keep up the good work.

I love Nor'east Clearners. It's so simple and easy. I used to pull into my driveway and swear because I forgot to stop by the cleaners, but now that never happens. Great service and my clothes are always perfect. I just sent a coat that needs repairing and I'm sure it will be done correctly. Thank you,

Having Nor'East Cleaners has been simply wonderful. Not only are the pick ups convenient for a busy life, they take good care of the clothes you entrust to them.
For the most part good. Very consistent delivery service which I appreciate. I am concerned about your process to clean shirts. I am very surprised at the number of buttons you need to be replaced. I just got my shirts back and had sent in two new shirts, never worn, to be laundered. One of them came back with a tag that indicated that you had replaced a button. Not sure why that would be necessary on a brand new shirt, other than the way it was handled at your end. Not the first issue I have had...
