All in all, it was a good experience. Not sure the issue but the system didn’t show my items had been picked up. I had a brief moment in which I thought my items were stolen. It would be great to get a text that items were dropped. I just happened to look out the window and see my items laying on my snowy porch.
Please only clean the dry cleaning bag upon request or do not charge for cleaning it. I put my items in it the night before I send it out for cleaning so it’s never dirty enough to clean and I shouldn’t have to pay for it to be cleaned every time

Hi Taylor, the cost you are seeing associated with the bag is not to clean the bag. It is a delivery/convenience fee. This is a fee to cover the cost of fuel and transportation for your items (much like food delivery companies charge).
I have had two pieces of clothing go missing and haven’t been helped whatsoever. Please never go here.

We apologize for the trouble Candi. Our wash and fold service indicates that we wash dry and fold items, therefore any cashmere sweaters placed in those bags would’ve been treated as such. We encourage our customers to separate any dry cleaning items as those will be processed and priced separately.

I was told my order would be here Monday, which worked for my schedule. On Monday, it was moved to Thursday (today). Thursday is today. Its not here. Very concerned about quality control.
