Service was very efficient
We are pleased with the quality of your service!
All in all, it was a good experience. Not sure the issue but the system didn’t show my items had been picked up. I had a brief moment in which I thought my items were stolen. It would be great to get a text that items were dropped. I just happened to look out the window and see my items laying on my snowy porch.

I’ve asked repeatedly for you to fix the buttons on my shirts that pop off because your using too much starch and the sleeves shrink and my request is ignored each time

Robin, Our routes cover most of the Denver area so it is necessary to break it down into two visits per “region” per week. That’s pretty standard for a company running delivery routes. We offer 24 hour turnaround in our stores if time is of the essence. Thanks for your feedback
Please only clean the dry cleaning bag upon request or do not charge for cleaning it. I put my items in it the night before I send it out for cleaning so it’s never dirty enough to clean and I shouldn’t have to pay for it to be cleaned every time

Hi Taylor, the cost you are seeing associated with the bag is not to clean the bag. It is a delivery/convenience fee. This is a fee to cover the cost of fuel and transportation for your items (much like food delivery companies charge).
I have had two pieces of clothing go missing and haven’t been helped whatsoever. Please never go here.
