The gown was preserved, however, my address that was written twice was sent back incorrectly, so I had to drive 30 miles to pick it up from a service center. I sent it from the correct address, confirmed it twice with the white and yellow copy of the form filled out. I don't understand why it was sent to a nonexistent address. That was an inconvenience.

Timely and well done. The box was a little damaged, but no noticeable damage inside.
The company made an error with the address for my package. I have the receipt showing the address I had indicated and the address it was sent to was nowhere close to mine. If there was a problem with the address I provided, someone on your staff should have tried to contact me to verify my information. They are great outside of the fact that they lost my handkerchief. Offered to buy a new one or give me money but you can't replace certain things. Overall please with their service other than that.
Boxed came bent/dented and dress had loose strings all over aftet cleaning...definitely a result of cleaning. Not a great result although dress looked clean.
Great, dress came back about 1 1/2 weeks after sending it.
My dress looks beautiful in the box. But when double checking it after sometime there is a bug under the second seal. It does not look like there are any in the box. Just under the second seal.
I just love my dress! I wanted a timeless/ classy wedding dress, when I came across this website www.cathytelle.com I thought this is too good to be true... these prices! I ordered a dress in hopes it would suffice... but, what I got was way more than I could have expected. The dress fits wonderfully! The measurements were perfect! I am very pleased with it, the price and the delivery wait-time! I would recommend this site to any bride on a budget (or not on a budget at all). I am so pleased!
