Overall the gown is displayed well in the box. You can't tell if they did a good job cleaning because it is recommended not to open the box. The front side of my dress arrived with a crinkle in it so it does take away from the presentation.
My gown looks amazing. There were mud stains on my gown which were removed. My gown was returned to me boxed beautiful. I called local dry cleaners for preservation cost then decided on Memories. I am completely satisfied.
I loved the way my dress was placed in the box and how my vail was draped over my dress. It was beautiful. Timing was wonderful! I sent it off and it was sent back within a week. Thank you for all that you guys did!! I am very pleased :)
Wasn't sure what to expect from the "preservation package". Pleasantly surprised. Will be easy to display the dress (because I like looking at it) and keep it preserved. The whole process was easy and I knew where my dress was as they emailed as soon as it arrived.
