The ladies in the Beaverton location were great they helped with everything paperwork to packing up my daughter's dress. The dress was back in a few weeks packed perfectly.I would recommend this store again.

Gown arrived in a timely manner, in a sealed box through which I could see my beautiful gown preserved as if on a doll exhibit. It makes it easy to keep in the home, and show it off to friends or just store it away where it can stay for years. I am happy with how the gown came back, and know that I don't have to worry about it anymore, it'll be there in that state for a while. Great memory to keep and I'm very happy with the cleaning and preservation of it.

My gown looks absolutely beautiful! It exceeded my expectations!
My dress was shipped to Memories Gown Preservation, preserved by them and then shipped back to me within 2 weeks!!! I was shocked they were so quick! The presentation in the box and the way they arranged it with my sash and hair piece is beautiful. My only critique is that they left pin holes on the bodice of my dress where it looks like they had to pin it to clean it. It's only noticeable when you get close. I had purchased my wedding gown from Davids Bridal and they also sold me a preservation kit. I had bought it because my oldest daughter had stated that she wants to use my gown for her own wedding someday. I was very pleased with how it looked from what I can see.
