My dress came back quickly. It was clean, sealed, and arranged beautifully with my veil. I'm definitely glad I decided to have my dress preserved. It's beautiful.
Thank you, Thank you! I had bought you gown perseveration kit when I purchased my daughters wedding gown. Shortly after the wedding I became ill and this continued for a year. I just forgot to send the gown. When I found it I panicked, of course ! I call the help line and I was assured that I could send the dress in and my original purchase would be honored. Gown arrived quickly in a sturdy box. Looked great through the viewing window, however I was too paranoid about taking off the outer shrink wrap to get a better look. (I don't know if that is supposed to stay on OVER the box as well as part of the preservation process??). I love that all of the information and guarantee paperwork is right on the back of the box in the event of any issues. Pleased with the service.
The service was very quick and straight-forward! I was pleased with my dress in the end for the most part. My only complaint is that the bust form used to display my dress is WAY bustier than what I am. So it looks like the chest is stretching out and it doesn't preserve my memory of how it looked on me at all. Otherwise, I appreciated their service very much.
We received our gown and it looks great. Overall we were pleased with your service. Future suggestion would be: Give feedback regarding repairs. We had a tear in the tulle and asked for it to be repaired. We are assuming it was repaired and looked okay but since it is sealed we have no way of knowing if it was successfully repaired. It was a very easy process once I got around to doing it! I bought my wedding preservation kit from David's Bridal and got married June 2014. I just recently packaged my dress and sent it off, I had it back within 2 weeks and it was perfectly packaged and presented beautifully!
I'm giving them a 5 star because my dress looks amazing. I was really hesitate to send out my dress because it's lace and I didn't know anyone who has used them before. But I took the leap and I also sent out the veil I made. It was the best thing I could have done. It only took a few weeks before I had my dress and veil at my door. They did an amazing job! My daughter's gown was sent for cleaning and preservation almost a year after her wedding. Wedding photos had been botched from the wedding and had to be re-taken almost a year later. At the photo re-shoot, a lot of grass stain ended up on the bottom of her gown. Although we couldn't verify without opening the sealed box, the sticker attached said that the dress cleaning results were excellent. The display is very pretty and the process was extremely easy. We are very happy with the results.
