My wedding dress looks amazing and well preserved in the box . I loved how it is completely sealed and at the same time shows through a window for display.. Thanks
Easy to follow instructions and helpful customer service when I called (after realizing that I'd forgotten to put my veil in the box). Service seemed to be completed in a timely manner as I received the automatic survey... before my dress! After no further communications for a few days, I emailed customer service to request an update. Process was very easy and my dress was returned to me quickly and looks beautiful and will be a forever keepsake.
I sent my daughter's gown in and forgot to include the sash. I had to resend the gown with the sash. I spoke with Lisa, and she was so helpful.. everything was taken care of, and we are very pleased. I hope she will be as pleased when she does open that box in 25-30 years, and finds it is still in wearable condition. Thank you soooo much! I continue to recommend this service to everyone. I work for Davids' Bridal....and can give first hand experience rating to our customers.
They did such a great job with my dress! They were able to get the stains out of it (from 6 years ago) and they were able to get everything into one box looking nice. It didn't take very long to get my dress back, 3-4 weeks.
My wife recently passed away and as I was straightening out our closet I saw her wedding gown hanging in a gown bag. The bag was tattered at the bottom. Her train was bunched up and wrinkled. We got married in May 1998 and I remembered how beautiful she looked in her gown. I thought the only way to preserve a wedding gown was to have it cleaned and stowed away in a cardboard box and tape it up with packaging tape. After coming home from a destination wedding and after unloading and re-packing decorations, clothes, gifts, photos, etc...I was not in the mood to deal with THE DRESS. The package was easy to understand and easy to use. I boxed that dress and sent it on its way. Super easy!!! Now...can you find a place in my house to store it? HA!
