I was very impressed with my preserved gown. I hadn't seen one done before, so I had nothing to compare it to. I kind of wished I could've seen the cleaned product before it was all packed up and sealed though. :( Also, I didn't particularly like the ribbon that went around the dress... It looks like it was just for decor...? But it added a different "look" or waistline to the dress. Overall, I think this was a good deal and I'm glad I have my gown safely preserved now.
Very pleased with result. I was told it could take up to 8 weeks but not true. Competed much quicker. Thank you!
Everything was packed really well. I had my dress, underslip, veil, and garter in the box.

I was in ahhh all over again when I received my dress ?? I loved how the veil was placed in the box and the dress looked as if I just bought it. Thank you I will pull out my dress and admire it over and over
I got my gown back quickly and beautifully. I was very impressed with the packaging. I called the facility once to ensure my box was going to have our names and wedding date on the front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with my preservation kit.
