It's a little scary to send your wedding gown off to another city and trust that it will be taken care of and preserved so you can enjoy it for years to come, but I can honestly say that sending my gown to Memories Gown Preservation was one of the best wedding investments I made! The turn around time was amazing. From the time I shipped it out to the day I got it back was 10 days!!! The dress looks like it's very clean however I can't see the bottom of the dress which is where it was stained (red from the mulch on the floor of the barn where our reception was held.) The note on the back of the box does indicate that the level of clean they were able to achieve was 'excellent' so I'm sure they got it all out which is such a relief to me. We did a trash the dress photo shoot in the water so both my dress and veil were pretty dirty and full of sand when I shipped it off. I shipped it off right away and got it back within two weeks time. My dress looks like new like the day I purchased it. The only problem was the packaging was a little smushed when I got my dress back so the dress was smushed and slid down a little in the box. Not a major problem. The dress and veil bit look great and I would definitely recommend this company.
