My wedding gown returned home quickly, safely, and beautifully preserved. I was nervous about stuffing my dress into a box and sending it off in the mail, but my worries were for nothing! I also appreciated the card contained in the packaging that informed me of the condition of the gown after cleaning (excellent!), and I love the peace of mind of knowing that something so precious to me is safe and secure. Overall, great experience and I would recommend it to others.

The turn around and the entire process was very quick, which surprised me. As I bought my package when David's Bridal had a 1/2 off sale, the $75 was MORE than worth it. Additionally, the presentation is breathtaking. It makes me want to rip open the box and try it on again and again. I have ZERO regrets about this decision; I have and will continue to recommend this service and company to fellow brides.

Packing and mailing off my daughter's dress was easy and I was amazed at how quickly it was cleaned, preserved and returned. We were informed every step of the way, which was nice to know when you're sending off something that is so expensive and sentimental. I would most definitely recommend their services.
