I have not removed the dress from its beautiful packaging, but from the outside looking in, it looks great. I love how it us stored like a doll in a box. Thank you so much.
It was so convenient to drop my dress off at David's Bridal and have Memories Gown Preservation clean and package my dress. They shipped it to the house which saved me a trip back to the store. My dress looks beautiful and is neatly packaged in a beautiful box so that I can still see it and enjoy it.
I filled out the form and put everything in the bag and box provided and dropped off the box at a UPS shipping location in Dallas, TX. I went about my day and put a reminder on my calendar to watch for my dress in 4-6 weeks. I received an email the next day asking if I wanted to personalize the box for an additional fee. The service was easy, fast, and highly worthwhile. My gown looks beautiful and the protective box will ensure that I can enjoy looking at my gorgeous gown years from now. And, hey, maybe a future daughter will want to put it on and twirl around... :)
The gown looks great from what I can see without being able to open the box. Representatives were courteous when I called to ask questions.

The cleaning and display was great however there is a small tear in the vacuum sealed plastic
