The process to ship it to them was very easy, and the turnaround time was exceptionally fast. The gown comes back beautifully displayed in a VERY large box. It is not squished in there whatsoever! Gotta find room to store it, and I will look forward to opening it someday with my children, as my mother did with me upon my engagement.
My gown was returned in a very nice box and will be preserved for my granddaughter.
