Very pleased with my gown preservation! Very fast, looks beautiful and great customer service!
I am very happy that I got my dress preserved, so it will last a long time. However, it is not packaged very nicely in the box. I had a flower/lace detail added to the left front/hip area of my dress for my wedding day. This detail is folded and not displayed as it should be through the viewing area. It is as if they just put my dress in the box without looking at it before sealing it up because it is very obvious that the material is folded.
