The instructions for the kit we're really eazy to follow. I just dropped it off at UPS and didn't have to pay anything. We got my daughter's dress back really fast. It looks great. They kept in touch by email the whole time. I like the lettering on the box. It was a great experience.
I had an outside wedding and unfortunately it had rained practically everyday for a week before the wedding. I was so worried my dress was ruined but it came back perfectly clean and looks so beautiful in the preservation box. I could not be happier with the service.

Loved getting my beautiful gown back. However, I was told it was going to be Ina silver box? Not a white cardboard one. It's still packaged nicely and it looks as good as the day I bought it.

My dress turned out beautiful, stain free and looked pristine. I had a small issue when it was shipped to me the first time around but I called customer service and they were super nice and helpful. I sent my dress back to them and they fixed the problem quickly and sent my beautiful dress back to me.
