Outstanding. I would recommend to all brides.
Dress was delivered super fast and it looks great besides the fact that the box my dress was in was completely smashed in on the side. Doesn't make for a very pretty window display of my dress.

Very quick turn around!! I also loved the emails telling me you got the dress, you were cleaning the dress, and another when it was shipped back. While I can't see the entire outcome of the dress due to it being in a box, the part I can see looks great!!

I was very pleased to see my gown inside that box, look beautiful , all clean up, just like on my wedding day. Good memories forever, hoping my daughter would not mind wearing it; or I will still be able to squeeze in it on my next 10 years anniversary Thank you Memories Gown preservation
Great service, customer service was wonderful. I am so pleased with the presentation of my dress.
I am very satisfied but we paid almost $200 for the package and I thought that included the veil but apparently it is extra as well as my daughters dress...
