Everything from start to finish was perfect. The easiest thing I had to do for the wedding!
I was impressed how clean the dress came back! There was black mascara on my dress from a guest, and they were able to get it out!

I made the decision to have my daughter's dress preserved at the last minute and am so glad I did. The dress looks amazing!!! She keeps it in her bedroom, so she can look at it everyday!! I would highly recommend this company.

My daughter's gown arrived safely and is beautifully displayed. My only disappointment is that I thought her name and date (which was an add-on) would be monogramed in script. Instead it is printed in block letters which I don't think looks as nice for a lacy wedding gown. It certainly looks clean and when she opens it in 20+ years I'm sure she'll be happy we chose to have it preserved.
I've held onto my gown for 4 years because I was terrified to let it leave my house. After finally dropping it at UPS, I realized I was able to track it AND I received an email as soon as it reached it's destination! I got another one as the journey home began. From what I can see, it looks as beautiful as the day I bought it and very safe and secure. Thank you for taking care of my wedding dress!!
My dress was beautifully preservered! Thank you so much for the great work. My only concern/issue was that my dress was not straight in the box. It was positioned slightly to the side, so I didn't get the full display presentation. Nevertheless, it is safe for the next 30 years!
