My dress turned out amazing and the process of having it cleaned was very easy.

Wow! I got my dress back real quick! And it looks great from what I can see in the box.
My gown was shipped back very quickly and is displayed beautifully! When I took it out of the box I was in love all over again! My only complaint is that the crystals on my sash seem somwhat loose now after cleaning. However, given the choice I would send it again in a heartbeat. My box only says David's Bridal on the sides not the face of the box. It is a beautiful white and does not look tacky like I feared. Ladies spend the money and get this done!
Quick and beautifully cleaned
I was told by David's Bridal that the personalization was free and I couldn't get it done because I didn't have the money, so I was quite disappointed. Other than that, I was happy with it.
