My gown is lovely. I'm sure it will last a long time. I would rate 4.5 stars if I could. I must admit I'm a bit of a perfectionist & the mail seemed to have squished the dress/off-centered it a bit, but that probably isn't the companies fault.
Quick and easy, completed in days, not weeks! The only problem I had was that they didn't include a shipping label in the original box, so I had to make an extra call for that. Otherwise, well done and beat the competition's price.
It took 2 weeks after they received my gown. It looks amazing in the box. I am so happy I used this place to preserve my gown. It's like a showpiece. I would definitely trust them and recommend them.

This service was fast and accountable for my precious cargo. The gown was returned in a timely manner with tracking and notifications, I have no idea if the gown is cleaner than when I sent it because I did not want to open the beautiful display box. However, it looks beautifully cared for.
