The process was simple and it came back quickly! My dress looks as beautiful as when I first bought it! A definite keepsake for a lifetime!
It was all so easy. Clear insructions in the package, ship it off, and it came back so much faster than I ever expected. The only issue I have is a slight scratch on the cover of the box that shows the dress (under the protective plastic wrap), so I do see that every time I look @ my dress. However, all stains came out and it is just as gorgeous as the day I purchased it. Thanks so much
The dress and veil looked beautiful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the one corner of the box had a wrinkle in it.
You guys did a great job. UPS, however, smashed and bent the box up pretty good at some point during delivery and almost punctured the sealed front all along the bottom. Unfortunate. I would include a pic but can't here. The gown looks beautiful otherwise.

I have no way of knowing if the chocolate cake that was dropped on the bottom or the dirt marks from normal wear are gone as everything is completely closed in the box. Hence the 4 stars. I will say that everything looks fabulous and appears to be sealed and properly taken care of as was described. It was also very efficient. The dress was back in almost exactly two weeks.
