I was notified as soon as my dress was received, as well as the projected date of shipment back to me. it looks great and is a great way to preserve a gown.
The dress came back and looked better then when it was brand new.
This was really nice, my dress was so clean and displayed beautifully after they got done with it. And my veil looks really nice in there also. I would recommend this to any bride !
The service was fast and professional. My gown was returned faster than I expected. My dress is quite ruffled so i understand it was hard to put into a box flat. Is there something holding the top together that will ruin the dress though? I intend to resell the dress.
They are awesome! I had some issues with shipping and they worked with me with bringing it to them! They have an amazing staff! I got my dress back in just a week and it looked amazing! So pleased with their work!
