You did a great job.
It was easy to pack and ship my dress. I got it back faster than I anticipated, which was great. I wish it would have been placed in the box better as it looks lopsided, but I am very happy with this service.
Very quick and easy. From what I can see my dress looks clean and well packed.
Sending my gown was super easy and convenient. They kept me up to date with the status of my wedding gown via email every step of the way. The service was exceptionally fast. The packing was a bit larger than I expected but was beautifully wrapped and sealed

I am 100% satisfied and happy with the way my dress looks. Along with the option of having my name and wedding date on the box. I chose to do this and it looks beautiful! What a wonderful company!! I really appreciate how clean and beautiful my wedding dress looks. The only thing I had an issue with was the fact that you put a ribbon with your label on it around my dress. I felt like you could have put that in a different place. Like on the box. Now if I want to remove the ribbon I have to break the seal, which will make the dress more likely to not age well. Just felt like that could have been put somewhere else.
Preserving my gown was a very easy process. It came back in a short amount of time and looked beautiful. I am very happy with the service they provided.
The return time was quick on recieving the dress back. I can only assume that they did a good job. It is not possible to actually see if the dress is clean, as it is package and you can only see the bodice, not the bottom that actually was dirty.
Everything looked great except you misspelled the last day on the box.
