Fast turn around. Good cleaning and personalization. There was a small hole on one of the corners of the box that wasn't completely sealed but other than that they were perfect
The process was easy, professional, and faster than I expected! I'm overall pleased with my choice to use Memories Gown Preservation. I wish I had some say in how my veil was displayed in the window box, but they did a pretty job.

When I first received my gown the outer box and inner box were damaged. I emailed the company and right away they sent me a link to print a new prepaid ups label so I could send the gown back to them. They re-preserved my gown and when I received it the second time it was perfect!
