My gown was preserved and returned to me in a timely manner and I was notified of every step of transport. It was clean, no damages to any of the beading, and stain was removed. My only request would be to have more options as to the layout of the display. I would have really liked to have my train pulled around to be displayed as well.
The dress looked absolutely beautiful when it returned. I was very impressed with how quickly I received my dress back. I expected the cleaning and preservation to take at least a month, if not more. I sent the dress, went on my honeymoon, and received the dress back the week after we returned. Thank you for taking care of my dress so quickly!
