Thank you so much it looks amazing. This offer is do worth it I though it would come in this little box where I would not be able to really see my dress, but I can see all the parts I fell in love with when I bought it in the first place so Thank You again !
Quick turnaround. Box arrived back with a big dent in the front, though.
I was nervous sending my dress and veil to someplace I has no clue on. But I was pleasantly surprised when it cam back and my veil was draped over my dress. The arrangement is beautiful, thank you very much for preserving my dress!
Great! I love that my gown is preserved in a sealed box with a viewing window so I can still admire the dress whenever I want to.
My dress came back beautiful and just how I imagined. I sent my belt with it to go on the dress, I was a little hesitant because I thought maybe they wouldn't put it on (since it wasn't an option on the slip) or they would try to charge me for it but they didn't and they put it in the right spot!
I was surprise how fast I received my dress. I love the how my dress look. I forget to send my veil, I am sorry I did not have it done.
My dress and veil came back fast and just as beautiful as the day of the wedding!
Overall, my experience was positive. First, the process was clear, well organized, and fast. I felt confident that I would get my dress back too, which I did. So overall great. My one comment for feedback is that I did like "what I could see." I love the presentation of the box, but honestly it is hard to judge the cleaning process as I cannot see the areas of my dress that were stained.
