The gown looks great there is just a peice of tissue or something that is hanging down on the top. The service was super fast and when I called customer service was friendly was a great experience!
My gowns look great and you were very efficient!
I love the way my dress looks in the box. I am very happy with the outcome. The only thing was that ups tracking said my dress was delivered when it wasn't. I almost went crazy. Finally it was delivered the next day.
I was actually really nervous about sending out my dress and then not getting it back! But, to my surprise it came back and pretty quickly. I only have it four stars because I would have made sure the dress looked absolutely even and perfect since I'm a perfectionist. But other than that, from what I can see (which I live the fact that I can actually see my dress) you guys did an amazing job! I am so happy that I chose you guys to preserve my precious wedding gown for the many years to come.
I am so happy and pleased with my dress,it looks amazing inside the preservation box I wich I was able to send my veil with it . I'll defetenely recomend this place to anyone .
