I was surprised at how quickly I received my gown back. I was very nervous about sending it so far and Memories Gown Preservation reassured my every step of the way- Notifying me when it arrived and following up with me after really show how much they care.
Well it looks clean, but it would of been nice to know it was in a boring, ugly white box instead of the nice gray one in all the pictures. My dress is also wrinkled in the box, and is impossible to fix and now I can't show it off. Kind of disappointing.
Excellent job! Fast service and delivery and they packaged it perfectly. Definitely recommend.
