My dress looks so fresh and clean! I wish I could take it out and wear it daily! Thank you for taking great care of it! :)
I am pleased overall with the preservation of my daughter's gown. It was returned much more quickly than expected. However, I wish you would have looked up the gown (You were given the exact name and maker) or have requested a picture of the gown. The sash is just wrapped around the waist and it is wrinkled from having been tied in a bow on the wedding day, so it could be a more beautiful and accurate presentation than it is.
I was very happy with my wedding gown. I would highly recommend you.
I honestly think this was the easiest part of the entire wedding process!! The instructions were super easy to follow and everything needed was included in the kit. The dress was returned really fast and the finished product is beautiful!!!
It was so easy to ship my dress after the honey moon. It came back so quickly and it was packaged so beautifully when it arrived back to me. I received an email to always keep me up to date on what phase my dress was in. Great job!
Dress is gorgeous & it was an easy process
My dress was placed at a difference address by UPS, I contacted your company to let them know however never received a message or call back after contacting you. As far as the dress I don't know as I can't open the box to check it without voiding the warrenty. Service was faster than expected.
