My dress came back sparkling white, which was so awesome. It looks amazing in the preserved box. My only issue was I wanted a blue box but they told me I only paid for the “standard” white box. That was not very clear on the paperwork so it was a little disappointing when I got back a white box, expecting blue. Other than that, it was great. They were able to turn it around so quickly!

The box my dress that my dress was put in is wonderful with a great label. I loved how well wrapped the outside of the box was to preserve it.

This process was quick and very easy. The dress looks amazing in the box, and well preserved! My only complaint if you can call it that, is not being able to see how clean the bottom of the gown is and how well the repair in the netting looked. I would have gladly paid extra for a picture when it was complete if that were an option.

Great experience. Nervous to mail wedding gown, but they did great job cleaning and preserving. Presentation gown and veil in box beautiful. Arrived back in about 10 days. They have insurance you can buy which is very cheap.

This company is fantastic! My friend got married 2 years ago and purchased this package to preserve her dress for her daughter who was born 5 months later. Unfortunately she passed away from a rare form of Leukemia before her second anniversary, I found the dress while helping pack up the house. Someone had shoved it in a garbage bag. along with the package to have it preserved. I sent it to Memories and they kept me updated the whole time. When I got the dress back it was amazing!!. The dress was boxed up nicely and sealed. I’m assuming the dirt was removed from the bottom of the dress.
