The presentation of the gown in the box is absolutely beautiful. They returned my dress within two weeks.
The whole process was so easy. The gown was returned to me in less then a month's time. It was nicely displayed in the box. I cannot comment on how clean the gown is, since I didn't open the box, but I feel confident they did a great job.
