Quick and easy process. Checked off everything I wanted done, packed my dress and essentials up, and shipped it. It was returned quickly and now I have a beautiful memory from my wedding.

My dress had not been touched for alnost two years, hanging in a garment bag. I was glad my mom had purchased the kit when we got the dress. It looks beautiful in the box and I love the window. I had icing from my cake and chocolate stains as well as rain water and dirt stains. As far as I know they got most to all of it out. The services are very reasonably priced and I got my dress back in about a week. Well worth it!!!
Everyone was helpful, but when I got the dress back. The "a" in Ryan was missing its center so it lools bad. And my headband it flexible wire so they made all the pearly flowers and jewels stand straight up. And I cant fix it because Im not supposed to open the box. I cried when I saw it.
My daughter's dress was absolutely beautiful. Service was very fast.
