Easy to send and receive! Service was fast and my dress looks beautiful in the display box! Would recommend to any bride looking to preserve their dress. Only thing I would say is to update the website to mention drop off at FedEx, not UPS. My prepaid label said FedEx but all the documentation said UPS, which was a bit confusing. I ended up calling in and was told carriers were being switched.

The turn around time was so quick with this service! The gown is beautiful and all my accessories were placed just right! I loved the fact that I could customize the name and date on the outside of the box. Thank you for also being eco-friendly, this is something I looked for when choosing what to do with my dress!
My dress and veil were beautifully cleaned and packaged wonderfully.
The process was very easy and explained well. My dress looks wonderful. My only suggestion is a bigger bag to put your dress in. It was a struggle to get my dress in and then the bag closed. I was happy overall and it was very quick. The tracking and insurance was an added peace of mind when shipping something that means so much to you. You can't beat the price for cleaning and preservation all at once!
