Dress was returned beautifully wrapped. Turn around time was less than 3 weeks. Much better than over priced dry cleaners.
My gown looked beautiful when I recieved it back. My daughter, whom it will be passed down to, loved it as well. Thank you for such exceptional service!!
This was everything I could ask for and then some. Great service!!
I was so nervous sending my gown but was very pleased with the final product of the view through box and sealing. The only thing I would recommend is a picture of the cleaned gown to accompany with the final boxing of the gown. I love how it looks and I don't want to break the seal but I also am very curious how the bottom of the dress cleaned up since it was very dirty on the bottom of the gown where it dragged on the ground. I suppose I will find out one day when I pass the dress onto my daughter or granddaughter...
I wld recommend this to every bride, you done an amazing job on preserving my dress
