The process was very easy and the turnaround was fast! I absolutely love looking at my dress preserved in such a nice way!
They were going to send my dress to the wrong address caught it in the email they sent abbr got it corrected with ups and Memories. A few beads were missing on some places which was sad but the dress is a hand-me-down ance might have been lose before hand. Otherwise my dress looks amazing. It had a funky smell from being in storage and that's gone as well and can't notice the missing beards.
Super fast mailed off on Thursday evening and received it back the following Friday! Dress looks beautiful!
