Your gown and any accessories are preserved in a well-sealed box with a window in it....able to look at it anytime!!!! Really is a neat idea....
My wedding dress came back fabulous
The service was easy and the associates were extremely helpful. My name was misspelled on the final preservation. I called and within minutes I recieved a return shipping label. When the dress arrived back for processing the associates called me to ensure they had the correct spelling of my name this time. They apologized several times and even followed up when I got my gown back! Everyone was professional and my dress looks amazing after hanging in my closet for nearly 10 years!
