Was very easy! we need up getting the kit half off when I bought my dress. pretty sure this is how it works for everyone thay buys a dress from David's. I sent it a few weeks after my wedding and got it back very quickly. did not have any issues. can't talk about quality of the cleaning since I will not open the box but from what I can see it looks good!
