Very easy process. My dress came back looking great and did not take long at all.
Great outcome easy to use and my dress looks amazing in the beautiful box.
The service was extremely fast and convenient. All I had to do was pack up my wedding dress after our outdoor Scotland wedding and send it off to get cleaned. About a week and a half later it was back in my hands in a cute box. The one thing I wish that I would have also received was a photo of the dress once it was cleaned. Since its best to not open the seal I would have liked to see the condition of the dress after.
Preservation came back in under a weeks time and looked great!
The dress looks great! My only critique is that you cannot see the dress at full length inside the box. The top half looks great, but the bottom is where I was much more concerned cleaning-wise and I can't see it unless I break the seal (which is not recommended).
