I had a great experience I bought my dress at David’s Bridal Store in Monroeville PA And being there I bought the preserve kit for after the wedding I only have good words to say about the Memories Gown Preservation I was not sure how the processed worked and they helped me very well I mail my dress and came back less than 3 weeks Very happy with my dress back so cleaned

The individual who cleaned my dress did an excellent job and made everything so neat. My vows were in the pocket of my dress and they were returned to me on the back of the box. I am very grateful for this as it was a major part in my big day and now I have it forever as I had thought I lost it. Thank you to whoever did that, you are awesome!!!!!!
I loved the service here. I was able to send my package with my dress and get updated when it arrived and was finished. When it came back I absolutely love how it was packaged. I have had the preservation package for 10 and a half years and never used it. When I finally opened the box to use it, it was super easy to do. The directions were there on how to use it and send it in. I really wish I would have done it sooner.
Easy process, fast, received my gown in a beautiful package, easy to store, and I can look at it anytime!
