This was a great service, my dress was cleaned and preserved in a beautiful storage box wrapped in a plastic so it won't deteriorate. I am so pleased and the way it was packaged, and included an invoice that described what was in the box and how it was cleaned. My dress look as beautiful now as the day I wore it!

Not entirely happy with how my dress came back. The sleeves look blown back and out of place.
Sent and received my dress in a short amount of time, I also received updates on when it arrived and when it was shipped out to me.
