Speed of service and shipment back to me was surprisingly quick. However, when I received my dress, I was a bit disappointed. The dress looks great in the box! But there is some random cream colored ribbon, that actually looks like masking tape, over the top of the satin belt. I had my veil added and it’s draped over the front of my dress, and you can’t see any of the beading around the edges, just looks like a sheet of tulle draped over the top. This was a great service, my dress was cleaned and preserved in a beautiful storage box wrapped in a plastic so it won't deteriorate. I am so pleased and the way it was packaged, and included an invoice that described what was in the box and how it was cleaned. My dress look as beautiful now as the day I wore it!

Not entirely happy with how my dress came back. The sleeves look blown back and out of place.
