Brought my daughter's wedding dress in to be cleaned and the girls or king at the front were very unprofessional and Not very knowledgeable.. The dress had none of the stains removed after sending it away and was sent back and there was no improvement. On felt as if this was a waste of money.I will not be going back to Medlin Davis..
I was never told about the different process and excessive charges. We were new to the area and will never be back. I have never, in my long life, spent $240 on 30 pieces of dry cleaning. Awful experience, rates are excessive, quality was poor.
Worst ever, didn’t add the Thursday discount for shirts, attendant said we had to request at drop off, in the past the discount was applied, was told we should have told her before she ran credit card, will not be back.
I brought clothes (4 men's shirts, 3 women's shirts) in for drying cleaning on Thursday in July and asked employee to apply the July 30% off shirt promotion. Employee said they would apply- when i picked up clothes and paid i was not given a receipt. I then asked for a receipt because cost seemed a little high and i thought it was strange that i wasnt given one originally or after I paid. Way too expensive
I brought our clothes over one day and the next day everything was ready. I particularly like that I was sent an email stating our clothes were ready for pickup.
My clothes look awful on me now.
Dropped my bridesmaids dress off here after seeing awesome reviews . Well I went to pick my dress up it was still dirty looked dingier Then before I dropped it off . Stain was still on it and black lint was all over it . They offered to redo it. Went to go pick it up two days later & I could have screamed when I saw my dressed. They ruined my rimestones . My rimestones are now hanging off my dress and broken in half to where some of the jewels are missing from its piece. They must are not aware of how to dry clean formal d... read more
First, I had a pair of pants and a shirt dry clean. The total was $11. When I went to pay I voiced my opinion of how ridiculous the price was for having to garments clean. Then, I noticed on the wall where it was apparently "slacks month" . When I told the teenage Associates they commented that my car had already been charged the full amount and I was not given the 30% discount on the pair of pants that I had laundered.
