I am a customer for already a number of years. This is the first time, that I stayed that long with a dry cleaning company. Even when I had issues with damaged or hard to get out spots on shirts, Fran always found a solution with which I was highly satisfied with. Fran and her team are just a pleasure to do business with.

Fran and the team at Preston do a great job with our clothes and alterations. They seem to always catch the missing buttons, stains and other items even when I forget to mention at drop off. Things are always ready when promised and the drive through moves quickly.
