Service was fine but it cost me $36.00 for 7 pieces of clothing. I have never paid that much in my life. Way to expensive for the service.
I was not happy at all when I picked up my 2 pieces of clothing that I left to be pressed. I was told that the skirt charge would be $5 and when I got there to pick up my skirt and dress the charge for the skirt was $15. Basically the attendant said it was not her fault and that it was because someone new gave me the wrong price. Not very nice or helpful! I have used the Preston corners Medlin-Davis cleaners for a number of years and have never had any issues.

Staff is always friendly. However, my husband likes extra heavy starch and can NEVER get it.

Hi Paul, sorry to hear about this issue. I have checked on your account and we have now put a special note for all your shirts to be placed in the heavy starch bag. Some shirts with more relaxed material are very difficult to apply heavy starch because of the type of material. My last visit wasn't good. I asked for my clothes to be done my way but two shirts was done like someone else felt they should be done and I was being charged for something I didn't ask for.

I would not trust my clothes to any other cleaners. Fran, Elisabeth are super!
I thought the jacket I had cleaned there looked nice when I picked it up. But when I took the plastic off so my son could wear it for pictures at school this morning, multiple large wrinkles were pressed and starched into the jacket several places. Every pocket in front was surrounded. Had that singed fabric texture like when my home iron drags over something, but the fabric appears to be okay. I did not ask for starch. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. Will not be going back.

We don't / can't use starch in dry-cleaning, it can only be applied in laundered items. So the starch look might be something else, and we would very much like to take a look. Told them NO crease in pants and they put a crease in it.
The sweater that should not have been folded. It was put on a hanger and it had a pointed place on the sweater where it was hung. I have not checked one of my suits.
